Submitting a claim if the buyer wishes to file a claim regarding a refund, return, or exchange. Buyers are required to take a video clip before unpacking the package every time to confirm in case of lost products. Received incomplete products or any damage to the product due to delivery. BANGYA BONG ZING reserves the right to not be responsible if there is no evidence of unpacking the package. The buyer must take a video. When receiving the product/unpacking the package and contact you back within 24 hours after receiving the package. If it is later than that, the store reserves the right. Not responsible in every case

Return Policy

BANGYA BONG ZING shop reserves the right to return products in all cases. The buyer may not submit a request to return the product and/or Refund due to change of mind is possible. unless otherwise specified in this refund and return policy.

Product exchange policy

BANGYA BONG ZING reserves the right to exchange products in all cases. Apart from the following cases only

  • The buyer received a defective product. unusable and/or Damaged during shipping

  • Unable to return or exchange products that have been unwrapped/or Can be used now

Order cancellation policy

The buyer cannot cancel the order after BANGYA BONG ZING has dispatched the product.
BANGYA BONG ZING shop reserves the right to cancel orders in all cases. If you place an order and choose the cash on delivery service and do not receive the product, the store requests permission to stop shipping the product in all cases. Unless the shop is contacted by a customer. and report force majeure necessity arises will be considered on a case-by-case basis

​Policy for requesting product unpacking before paying

BANGYA BONG ZING shop has no policy for customers to unpack and inspect parcels before paying. And the shipping company has no policy for customers to unpack and inspect the products before paying. If the customer pays and then opens it and inspects it in front of the delivery person, feel free to do so. If the store has delivered the package and the customer wants to unpack it first. The shop will stop providing service and refrain from delivering products in all cases.

Refund Policy

BANGYA BONG ZING shop reserves the right to refund in all cases. In addition to the customer receiving a damaged product and the store does not have the same product as a replacement to deliver a new one.
